Our expertise goes into series production - optimising availability and increasing the quality of connections are the result. In order to meet the increasing demands in the area of original equipment in the usual quality and efficiently, WANGGO has designed a customised production line.
Automated presses with vulcanisation widths up to 1,600mm, joint lengths up to 800mm and an automated cooling system form the specially developed setup for series production. Individually manufactured moulds enable series production even for steep conveyor belts with cleats in the joint area. Integrated work tables with many useful functions increase the efficiency of conveyor belt production enormously.
Full process control through monitoring and complete documentation of all essential vulcanisation parameters complete the concept. Quality and reliability are the focus.
