Red Star 40 wear plates

Red Star 40 wear plates are made of a high-quality, particularly abrasion-resistant natural rubber quality and are therefore especially suitable as wear protection for highly abrasive, fine-grained media.

This plate is also available with a bonding layer. This eliminates the need to roughen the bonding surface of the plate and apply a coat of adhesive during installation.

For use in:

  • Funnel and chute linings during sand transport
  • Lining of sandblasting rooms
  • Pipe linings
  • Lining of chutes (e.g. for sludge transport)
  • Lining of hoppers and chutes in silos
  • Lining of flotation tanks and the associated discharge chutes

Execution:

  • with and without adhesive coating

Black Star 60 Wear Plate

(60 ShA)

Wear protection and impact damping material for the highest requirements. Excellent for handling large, sharp-edged materials with a high unit weight (e.g. crushed rock, ores). The rubber compound of the Black Star 60 wear plate has particularly low abrasion as well as high tensile and tear strength and is exceptionally resistant to crushing and cutting injuries.

This plate is also available with a bonding layer. This eliminates the need to roughen the bonding surface of the plate and apply a coat of adhesive during installation.

For use in:

  • Lining of bunkers, chutes and chutes.
  • Silo and other reservoir linings
  • As lining of conveyor vessels, baffle plates and drop shafts
  • As lining of vehicles such as loaders (shovels), dump trucks, mine hoes etc.

Execution:

  • With and without adhesive coating

Impact wear plate

(60ShA)

Thanks to an incorporated fabric layer, this quality is particularly suitable for systems for which self-supporting wear plates have to be used for design reasons.

  •  with 1 or 2 EP inserts
